A unique new course combining natural techniques for quality interaction with horses.
This course will show you skills to enhance your relationship with horses.  There will be specific techniques for relaxing you and your horse and techniques that prepare you for competitions and efficient riding.   All this surrounded by stunning scenery in the mountains of Catalonia.   The quiet venue calms the mind, healing stress and tension.  This enables concentration and focus to come to the fore so that you can learn new skills.
There will be morning exercise for participants and riders,  promoting flexibility and developing gentleness, courage, serenity, patience and joy.
There will be natural horsemanship demonstrations followed by the opportunity to have a go yourself at these ground work skills.  Guiding the horse with your body language and clear intention.
The days follow on with some Shiatsu techniques to distress the horse and manage pain, tonifying meridians and muscles to improve performance and enhance healing.
Later in the week we shall present some stretching and massage techniques for the relief of stiffness and hard knots in the muscles – both for the horse and riders.
In the evening before supper participants will have the opportunity to try out massage skills on each other or book a professional treatment – Shiatsu, Osteopathy and Cranio Sacral treatments are available.
Tranquillity and relaxation combined with learning something new.   This course supports a new attitude to horse care and riding.  A gentle approach which helps you find gentleness in yourself, overcoming fears and boosting confidence.
We have structured the course so that you can then relax and ride for two extra days or visit the sights in  Barcelona, famous for its’ Gaudi architecture.
